We are a studio for architecture and urban planning, established in october 2001. During this period we remain focused on urban planning and architecture, aiming on developing interactive and all inclusive projects which deal with issues of urban planning and design. In project development we are not concerned only about product as such, but also to the process which leads to the high standards products where the client and the public – community leaders and citizens together, are considered as part of the team work, so that successful urban environments can be created. The mission of urban plus is to educate public and private stakeholders, decision makers, professionals and citizens about the value of architecture and urban design, as a strategic partner in creating sustainable urban environments based on the needs and requirements of the clients and beneficiaries.
Urban Plus – Architecture and Urban Planning, Prishtina / Kosovo
Graduated in Faculty of Architecture at University of Prishtina (1986). He continued master degree studies in Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb (1988-1991) and in 2016 he finished PhD studies in Technical University of Graz, Austria.
Mr. Gjinolli is also engaged as a lecturer in Faculty of Civil Engineering Architecture, Department of Architecture and Spatial Planning in University of Prishtina, starting from 1988. During March 2002 – December 2003, he was a political adviser in Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning. He is a founder of Institute of Spatial Planning and was its director during December 2003 – October 2006.
Graduated in Faculty of Architecture at University of Prishtina (2004). She is engaged in “Urban Plus” since it’s foundation (2001) and she is one of the main planners.
Graduated in Faculty of Architecture at University of Prishtina (2003). Since 2004 she is a lecturer assistant in the Department of Urbanism and Spatial Planning. She is engaged in “Urban Plus” since it’s foundation (2001). In 2021 she finished PhD studies in Faculty of Architecture in Sarajevo, Bosna and Hercegovina.
